BRC Global Standards’ guarantee the standardisation of quality, safety and operational criteria and ensure that manufacturers fulfill their legal obligations and provide protection for the end consumer. The Global Standard is the first packaging scheme to be benchmarked and is often accepted or specified by leading retailers, manufacturers and foodservice organisations worldwide.
