What’s Happening at Meridian?
We are happy to report that business operations remain unaffected by the virus. We remain commited to providing a 'normal' service in the safest way possible, for both our staff and our customers. In response to the coronavirus outbreak we have redesigned our services so staff can work remotely, providing a ‘business as usual’ service to our customers.
We have given clear health and safety guidelines to all our staff and suppliers following the instructions of the UK Government. As a company we are doing all we can to limit the impact on our office and production operations. At this moment in time we are still manufacturing at full capacity, we don’t know what the future holds but we will be sure to update you if and when changes happens.
We know that safety and hygiene is a concern when it comes to food packaging. Our high standards, underpinned by our BRC Global Grade A certification, means you can rest assured that your packaging is being manufactured in a hygienic environment, following a stringent HACCP programme.
As we manufacture most of our stocked products in house, we currently have no disruption to the production and availability of these goods. We are lucky to have a wonderful team of UK based suppliers and have yet to see any disruption to the availability or movement of these goods or services.
As the situation develops, we will continue to monitor government guidance and keep you up to date with any major developments that may affect the business directly.
