Large Shoe-box Style Postal Outer

Description:

Robust white postal mailing boxes, manufactured in the UK from single wall corrugated E-flute. Mail order is a vital sales channel for most e-commerce selling customers. This premium postal outer is designed for generic use to be sent via post e.g. stationery, bagged food, candles, clothing, wax melts, and beauty hamper products. 

Delivered flat packed for easy space-saving storage. Easy to assemble. Sides fold over to form rigid side walls giving excellent compression strength, and protecting contents in transit. Fill with contents and simply close with tuck-in flaps for secure closure. Can be over-labelled, stamped or franked directly. Royal Mail advises this is a small parcel.

  • Ideal storage conditions between 10°C and 30°C (50 - 86°F)
  • Ideal RH 40 - 70%
  • Should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation
  • Before assembly the packaging should be conditioned a minimum of 24 hours room temperature (15 - 30°C)
