• Sold pre-assembled | simply open front, lift off transparent lid, pack, replace and it's ready to sell | the lid locks in place but can also be sealed with a branded label or one of our Premium Gift Labels for an extra element

• Base board and paper are from sustainable sources - when separated into different parts prior to disposal, main box is biodegradable and suitable for recycling (water based adhesive represents less than 1% of overall dry weight of the whole packaging and does not impact on the recyclable nature the paper stock and as water based products do not emit volatile organic compounds in to the environment) | vac-forme trays are either PVC (gold-metallised - currently being phased out) or rPET (pigmented gold) | Pentaform® PVC is classified as Category 3 recyclable but local facilities vary greatly | PET is widely recycled - but check with your local facilities

• As well as offering stock packaging and producing totally bespoke own label packaging, we also frequently adapt existing stock products as customer ‘specials’. For instance we have produced our distinctive hinged Speciality Gift Boxes in 48 and 96 choc versions for a truly amazing premium chocolate gift box.
