Description:

Our premium 144 Cavity postal outer boxes are designed to pack 3 x layers of 48 cavity vac-forme trays with optional cushion pads; but can be used for sending other goods e.g. stationery, chocolate bars, wax melts and beauty hamper products. Robust white postal mailing boxes, manufactured in the UK from single wall corrugated E-flute. Mail order is a vital sales channel for most e-commerce selling customers. 

Delivered flat packed for easy space-saving storage. Easy to assemble. Sides fold over to form rigid side walls giving excellent compression strength, and protecting contents in transit. Fill with contents and simply close with tuck-in flaps for secure closure.

  • Ideal storage conditions between 10°C and 30°C (50 - 86°F)
  • Ideal RH 40 - 70%
  • Should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation
  • Before assembly the packaging should be conditioned a minimum of 24 hours room temperature (15 - 30°C)
