  • formed from a single piece with solid base and four sides folded up and glued at each corner - the design prevents cocoa powder or crumbs from escaping the box and gives a stronger base
  • these cartons are supplied pre-assembled with glassine liner set supplied loose separately for self-assembly - packed into a protective card sleeve
  • Our sized ballotins (sold by the typical weight which can be packed into them) have fold-over flaps which require ribbon, labels or sealing tabs to seal. These cartons can also be used for other larger gifts including soaps, candles

  • Ideal storage conditions between 10°C and 30°C (50 - 86°F)
  • Ideal RH 40 - 70%
  • Should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation
  • Before assembly the packaging should be conditioned a minimum of 24 hours room temperature (15 - 30°C)
